WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

1. INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT BY THE CONSUMER

1.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. This period is considered upheld if the communication of the withdrawal is sent to the seller by the last day of the period. The goods are considered to be received by the consumer when the consumer or a third party designated by them, excluding the carrier, takes possession of all the parts of the ordered goods, or when:

• more goods ordered by the consumer in one order are delivered separately, at the moment of receipt of the last delivered item,
• in the case of goods delivered in parts or pieces, at the moment of receipt of the last part or piece.

1.3. Upon receiving the goods within the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to unpack and test the goods in an appropriate way to determine the characteristics and functionality of the goods. The returned goods must not be damaged and must be sent to the seller with proof of purchase, complete accessories, documentation, etc., i.e., everything that was originally sent by the seller.

1.4. The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused during use within the withdrawal period. Scratches, dents, and other minor damage to the goods are considered factors that reduce their value. The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling that exceeds what is necessary to determine the characteristics and functionality of the goods.

1.5. Within 60 days from the date of the consumer’s notification of withdrawal, the seller will refund the consumer all payments related to the withdrawal, including transportation, delivery, postage, and other costs and charges. The seller will refund the payment in the same way that the consumer used to pay for the goods, unless the consumer and the seller agree otherwise. However, transportation, delivery, and postage costs will be reimbursed by the seller only up to the amount of the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the seller, regardless of the delivery method chosen by the consumer. The seller is not obliged to refund the payment to the consumer before the goods are returned to the seller or the consumer provides proof that the goods have been sent back. The consumer may withdraw from a contract for the delivery of goods even before the withdrawal period begins.

1.6. The consumer cannot withdraw from a contract that involves:

• the sale of goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods,
• the sale of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or expire,
• the sale of goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons that cannot be returned after the seal has been broken,
• the sale of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the seller's control and which may occur within the withdrawal period,
• the sale of goods that, by their nature, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other goods,
• urgent repairs or maintenance explicitly requested by the consumer from the seller.

1.7. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer. The buyer should, in their own interest, ensure that the product is packed in suitable and adequately protective packaging that meets the requirements for the transportation of fragile goods, with insurance. We recommend printing the completed form and attaching it to the package sent to the following address (by registered mail or courier). The seller advises insuring the goods at the time of dispatch. The seller does not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.
